Stebic's Family Asks Court For Visitation Rights
Lisa Stebics Parents, Grandparents Say They Haven't Seen Stebic's Kids For 2 Years
Family members of a suburban Chicago woman who disappeared in April want a judge to award them visitation rights for the woman's two children.
Family members say Lisa Stebic's parents and grandparents haven't been allowed to see or speak to her two children for about two years.
The 38-year-old was getting a divorce from her husband Craig Stebic when she vanished in late April. Craig Stebic's been named a "person of interest" by authorities, but hasn't been charged in her disappearance.
Investigators say they believe Lisa Stebic was a victim of foul play.
Lisa Stebic's family says they want the court to appoint a counselor to meet with them and her children to decide how to bring the two sides together.
