I don't think that he's guilty. I think that the pictures of the man's back should speak right there. No one's going to put make up over it, too sweaty to keep it on. I also think that they lady that claims that she had sex with them both should get tried too. So what if she's speaking against him, she was involved too. She could have saved the little girl, but instead acted. And if this is all a lie to get money, or because he wouldn't give her money based on it not being true, she needs to get aressted! Yes he is guilty, how did they get the exact background from his place on the video, why would the girl lie on him claiming a threesome, what did she get out of it nothing, why didn't more of her family members come out and say that wasn't her, maybe because it was. Well 1st let me say i have been a jury twice, and without a resonable doubt in my mind i would have threw this case out. Not because he's R Kelly but because you have to have evidence this piece of tape has went around the world and back. And if it was R. Kelly why in the world would the parents deny anything like that. You have to have a victim in this case if she says it's not her and he says it's not him . What do you have? If this took place why did this take from 2002. this is 2008 if knew a grown man was having a affair or whatever you want to call it with my young sister or niece, i do not care how much this man make. He would be in jail. If it was this man why would anybody hold something like this for so long and not say anything until you were called on the stand. If he goes to jail for this i think those that knew something like this was going on should go right along with him. Talk about holding evidence for 6 years. no I don't think R kelly is guilty. Reason being the prosecution hasn't proven reasonable cause that R Kelly was on that tape. the witnesses to even corroborate that that wasn't the girl on the tape. We need to leave Rkelly alone and worry about other issues such as rising of gas prices, bringing the troops from iraq, money for education,global warming and other very important issues. R kelly is just the lest of our problems right now. We need to focus on the main issues that are plaquing us. – janea

guilty, it is him on the tapes,he has done this before, why are we not concerned about the idea of this grown mans perferance of children to suit his sexual needs, if he is found not guilty it will not be that he is innocent,but because he is who he is. – irma Courtney
