9 Hurt In Lake Forest Car Crash

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (STNG) ― Nine people were hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle collision in north suburban Lake Forest Sunday night.

The crash happened about 8:20 p.m. at Waukegan Road and Illinois 60, according to a Lake Forest police and fire dispatcher.

Nine people of unidentified ages and genders were transported to Lake Forest Hospital with non life-threatening injuries, according to the dispatcher, who said two vehicles were involved in the wreck.

Illinois 60 was temporarily closed after the crash but has been re-opened, the dispatcher said.
