The answer is C. If you want to buy gifts for the 12 days of Christmas, it's going to cost you $19,507 -- a 3.1 percent increase from a year ago, according to the annual PNC Christmas Price Index. The rising wages for milkmaids, the higher price of gold, and rising food prices all contributed to the increased cost this year.
