Those hoping to move into Chicago's next big landmark will have to wait a while longer.
Developers say condo sales for the Chicago Spire are being delayed by federal paperwork.
The 150-story tower will be the tallest in the nation when it's completed in 2010.
Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava designed the lakefront skyscraper.
Condos sales have been pushed back from this month until January, but the preview party is still on for September 26 for a peek at the interiors and prices.
