Judge To Decide Whether To Dismiss R. Kelly Case

CHICAGO (CBS) ― Singer R. Kelly who's facing child pornography charges was in court for a hearing Friday.

Prosecutors have a videotape that allegedly shows Kelly having sex with an underage girl. His attorneys want the charges dropped altogether.

The judge will rule on October 28th whether to dismiss the case. Kelly has permission not to be in court on that day so that he can perform at a concert in Georgia.
