Today 1-Year Anniversary Of Zion Girls' Murders

(CBS) Today marks the one-year anniversary of the brutal murders of two little girls from north suburban Zion.

The bodies of Laura Hobbs, 8, and her best friend, Krystal Tobias, 9, were found in a neighborhood park.

Laura's father, Jerry Hobbs, confessed to stabbing them multiple times.

Police say Hobbs was upset with Laura because she had disobeyed her mother.

He had recently returned to Zion after being released from a Texas prison.
