Bears Fans Show Up In Force Whether They Had Tickets Or Not

MIAMI (CBS) ―
Bear fans are at a pep rally for the Super Bowl game. CBS 2's Chief Correspondent Jay Levine reports, the fans have waited a long time for this and their enthusiasm shows.
Bears fans who came just for the show may well outnumber those with tickets. And what a show it is.
Miami pulled out all the stops Saturday evening for a pep rally featuring a concert by Tommy Shaw and Chicago legends Styxx. Bears fans showed up in force, whether they had tickets of not.
"Season ticket holders! We didn't get tickets, but we're here anyway," said Ron and Tina Matt of Chicago.
They remember 1985 and its heroes. One of them has been everywhere this week.
"I like the Bears if they win by one or 50," said William Perry. "As long as they win, I'm happy."
If Justin Timberlake is bringing sexy back, we're bringing Rexy back, baby," said one Bears fan.
The fans partied like its 1985. There were Colts fans here too, but someone forgot to tell Miles, as in Miles High, the Broncos mascot, that his team didn't make it this year.
There was no mistaking who did make it. The spirit of Chicago as alive and well in Miami.
That's how some Bears fans prepared for the game. The Bears themselves are still preparing. I talked about preparation with defensive coordinator Ron Rivera and what he'll do from now to kick-off.
"I'll show some clips of past games the Colts have had and something will pop up and I'll start wondering did we do enough of that or can they still do this," RIvera said.
That's Ron Rivera trying to take advantage of the two weeks prior to the Super Bowl and the fans have too.
