Getting Your Hands On The Hottest Tickets In TownIndividual tickets for the first three potential home games of the National League Championship Series will go on sale Thursday Oct. 4 at 10 a.m.
Tickets will be available for purchase in the following methods:
• By Telephone: Tickets can be purchased by telephone through Tickets.com beginning at 10 a.m. CDT The Tickets.com phone number for Illinois callers is 800-The-Cubs (800-843-2827). The phone number for out-of-state callers is 866-652-2827. Tickets ordered via telephone will be delivered by three-day express mailing.
• Via the Internet: Visitors to the Cubs Web site — www.cubs.com — can purchase tickets online beginning at 10 a.m. CDT.
o A virtual waiting room will be used for all Internet orders. The virtual waiting room will begin accepting customers at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 4. At 10:00 a.m. customers will be randomly selected from the virtual waiting room to begin purchasing tickets. All Internet customers will need a valid cubs.com account. The Cubs recommend that customers sign up for an account prior to October 4.
A limited number of ADA/Wheelchair Tickets will also go on sale at 10 a.m. CDT. Reservations for Wheelchair tickets can be placed online at www.cubs.com or by calling the Wheelchair Hotline at 773-404-4107.
In order to serve as many fans as possible, each customer will be allowed to purchase one order for one League Championship Series game of up to four tickets on October 4. This limit will be imposed by customer, household, phone number, credit card and e-mail address.
