Here are some photos I snapped in between our streetside reports during the taping of our parade coverage. Everyone was in such a warm and festive mood in spite of the cooler temperatures.
It is such a blessing to be a part of this parade every year. Columbus Avenue turns into a giant sea of red and white. Watching thousands of students parade by from the many Polish schools in Chicago just touches your heart. The Polish community here is so proud of its heritage, and I am so honored to be a part of our coverage. POLSKA!
