Rachel Phillips, a Manhattan freelance hair and makeup artist whose work has appeared in many ad campaigns and TV shows, critiqued the red carpet fashions from Friday's Daytime Emmy Awards along with celebrity stylist Lyz Olko. On Bob Barker's look Phillips said, "He hasn't changed a lick since my grandmother was watching 'The Price is Right' 25 years ago. He is a dapper gent with a nice tan. Have your pet spayed or neutered."
Lyz Olko has dressed many celebrities, and is one half of the NYC-based underground design duo, "Obesity and Speed." The Manhattan resident says of Barker, "He is a study in classic movie star elegance. Perfect choice of a tux for such a event. He gave it a fun touch with a red handkerchief in his breast pocket."
