Wal-Mart Stores Inc. pulled sets of baby bibs Wednesday from its stores nationwide after the bibs tested positive for high levels of lead, a store official said. The Illinois attorney general says the vinyl-backed bibs sold by Wal-Mart exceed the Illinois standard for lead in children’s products, which they discovered only after a local grandmother raised a red flag.
