CBS 2 Wins 12 Emmys
Highlights Include Awards for Excellence In Breaking News, Investigations
CHICAGO (CBS) ―
CBS 2 Chicago won twelve local Emmy Awards at the 2006/2007 Chicago/Midwest Emmys. The station was honored for excellence in spot news coverage, investigative reporting, local programming, promotions and with a variety of awards for individual excellence.
"Our team at CBS 2 is extraordinary and the talent and creativity here is second to none," said Joe Ahern, President and General Manager of the station. "I'm so proud of everyone and thrilled to congratulate all the winners."
CBS 2 won Emmy Awards in the following categories:
