Greyhound Bus Crash Leaves 23 Hurt
All Patients Treated And Released At Hospitals

Nineteen people were injured when this Greyhound Bus crashed near Lafayette, Indiana.

All the passengers injured in an early morning bus accident on Interstate 65 near Lafayette have been treated and released from hospitals.
A spokesman for St. Elizabeth Hospital and Home Hospital in Lafayette says a total of 23 people were taken to the hospitals. None of the injuries was serious.
State Police say the bus spun out of control near Lafayette while headed from Chicago to Indianapolis about 3:18 a.m.
There were 43 passengers on the bus. The uninjured passengers were put on another bus to continue their trip.
Later, a northbound Greyhound bus collided with a pickup truck and left I-65 about 25 miles north of Indianapolis. No injuries were reported.
