Man Critically Hurt In West Side Crash
Car Hits Pole At Chicago, Kilbourn
CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) ―
A motorist was critically injured after driving his car into a pole on the West Side early Tuesday.
The crash occurred about 2 a.m. near the intersection of Chicago and Kilbourn Avenues, according to Harrison District police.
A man driving a car hit a pole on Chicago Avenue. No one else was inside the car. The man was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.
According to police News Affairs Officer David Banks, who said a van also may have been involved, the man was in critical to grave condition.
