Missing Teenage Girl Returns Home Safely

Victoria Bryant Was Missing Most Of Thursday

CHICAGO (STNG) ― A 14-year-old West Side girl last seen Wednesday and had been reported missing has "safely returned home," police said.

Victoria Bryant visited Tony's Food Market grocery store, 209 S. Lotus Ave., between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, and never returned home, according to Grand Central Area detectives.

The girl's mother said her daughter frequents the area almost daily and never had gone missing, detectives said,

Early Friday, Bryant had returned safely to her home, Chicago Police said. No further details were available.

Police issued a community alert Thursday for the missing girl.
