Teen Boy, Man Killed In Dolton Shooting

DOLTON (Sun-Times Media Wire) ― A teenage boy and a man were fatally shot Wednesday afternoon in a reported drug deal-gone-bad in south suburban Dolton.

Troy Hudson Jr., 16, of 14423 Lincoln Ave. in Dolton, was shot multiple times at his home and pronounced dead on the scene at 5:10 p.m., the Cook County Medical Examiner's office said.

Terrance McIntosh, 32, of 77 E. 145th St. in Riverdale, was also shot multiple times at Hudson's residence, according to the medical examiner's office, which said McIntosh was pronounced dead 5:05 p.m. at Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey.

Dolton police responded to the 14400 block of Lincoln Avenue at 4:56 p.m. in response to calls of shots fired. When police arrived they found the victims shot numerous times, according to a release from Dolton police.

Sources said both were murdered in an apparent drug deal-gone-bad.

Police are currently interviewing witnesses and other persons of interest, the release said.

Autopsies are scheduled for later Thursday, the medical examiner's office said.

The South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force is assisting Dolton police in the investigation.
