Man Shot To Death On Southwest Side
CHICAGO (STNG) ―
A 32-year-old man was shot to death Tuesday afternoon on the Southwest Side.
The man was found dead after apparently suffering a gunshot wound on a side street near West 63rd Street and South Kedzie Avenue, police News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli said. The shooting happened just after 3:20 p.m.
Motassem Said was shot multiple times pronounced, a spokesman for the Cook County Medical Examiner's office said.
A Chicago Lawn District police officer said no one was in custody as of 4:25 p.m.
Wentworth Area detectives are investigating.
