CHICAGO (STNG) ―
Three men are in stable condition after being shot Thursday evening on the Southeast Side.
The men were found shot just outside the Captain's Hard Time Diner at 438 E. 79th St., according to Fire Media Affairs Director Larry Langford.
Police responded to the shooting about 4:55 p.m., according to police News Affairs Officer JoAnn Tayor.
The three men were shot at the same location and took off running after getting shot, according to a Greshham District captain, who said one ran into a restaurant, one ran into a house and the other man ran down the block.
One man was taken to Jackson Park Hospital and Medical Center, one was taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital and Health Care Centers in Evergreen Park, and one was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Langford said.
All suffered gunshot wounds and were taken in stable condition, he said.
