19-Year-Old Charged With Sexual Abuse Of Teenagers

A 19-year-old west suburban man has been charged with the sexual abuse of three underage girls and police continue to look for more possible victims.
On Aug. 28, Naperville police began investigating allegations of illegal sexual conduct between the man and multiple victims younger than 17 and older than 12. The suspect was identified as Trevor R. Zirkin of 2130 Prentiss Dr. in Downers Grove (formerly of Naperville), the release said.
After extensive interviews with victims, the Will County State's Attorney's office filed six counts of criminal sexual abuse, all Class A misdemeanors, the release said.
On Monday, a warrant was obtained for the arrest of Zirkin and he was taken into custody about 9 p.m. at his residence in Downers Grove without incident, the police said.
Bond was set in the warrant at $15,000 and Zirkin was freed after posting $1,500 early Tuesday morning, police said.
So far, three victims have been identified and Naperville police continue to investigate whether there are additional victims. Anyone with information should call the Youth and Social Services Supervisor at (630) 305-5477.
