Two potential jurors questioned in R. Kelly's child pornography trial have told the judge they have already decided the R&B singer is guilty and don't think they can be impartial.
A man told Cook County Criminal Court Judge Vincent Gaughan in Chicago Wednesday that from everything he's "seen, heard, read," Kelly is guilty of videotaping himself having sex with a girl as young as 13.
And a woman told the judge she didn't think she could be fair, in part because she has two children and finds pornography "revolting."
Jury selection is in its third day. Eight of 16 needed panel members
already have been chosen.
The 41-year-old Kelly has pleaded not guilty. The Grammy-winning artist faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
