6 Injured -- 4 Children -- In N. Side Hit-And-Run

CHICAGO (STNG) ― Six people -- including four children-- were seriously injured Friday in a traffic accident on the North Side.

Paramedics responded to reports of a traffic crash at Ogden and Western avenues about 7 p.m., according to Richard Rosado, a spokesman for Fire Media.

A total of six people were injured and taken to area hospitals in serious to critical condition. One adult and one child were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital while one adult and three children were taken to Stroger Hospital, Rosado said.
