$10K Reward Offered For Killer Of Nailah Franklin

CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) ― A $10,000 reward initially offered for information in the search for Nailah Franklin is now being offered for information that will lead to the arrest of a suspect in her slaying.

Franklin's badly decomposed body was found Sept. 27 in a wooded area in south suburban Calumet City, with dental records used to make a positive ID. An autopsy was inconclusive pending further police investigation.

Franklin, a drug sales representative for Eli Lilly, was reported missing Sept. 19 after she was a no-show at an important meeting with her boss. Her car was found Sept. 21 outside an abandoned building in Hammond, Ind.
