Cicero President Has Alleged MySpace Imposter
CHICAGO (STNG) ―
The president of west suburban Cicero claims an imposter is posting defamatory content about him on the popular social Web site MySpace.com.
On Monday, Larry Dominick filed for a petition of discovery seeking MySpace to release information on the person posing as the president.
The petition, filed in Cook County Circuit Court, seeks to discover all information on the person posting the content, the petition states.
The petition claims the postings are defamatory and an invasion of privacy.
