An autopsy Saturday revealed Moore died from a gunshot wound to the neck, the medical examiner's office said. His death has been ruled a homicide.

Moore was in his home in the second floor apartment of the Springfield Avenue apartment building when he heard something coming from a downstairs apartment, which was supposed to be unoccupied, police said.
