Jessica Jones, 16, has been missing for more than a week. She suffers from bipolar disorder.

Police are asking for your help to find a 16-year-old girl who has been missing for more than a week.
Police say Jessica Jones suffers from bipolar disorder.
She is described as African-American, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds, with a medium complexion, police told the Chicago Tribune.
She was last seen back on Sept. 25 near 76th Street and Racine Avenue.
