Police Suspend Investigation Of Girl's Sex Assault

CHICAGO (CBS) ― Chicago Police sources say the investigation into the alleged sexual assault of an 11-year-old girl by three men in the Englewood neighborhood Wednesday has now been suspended.

Initially, an 11-year-old girl came forward to police and said three men grabbed her off the street and threw her into a black SUV in the 5800 block of South Morgan at 3 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, where she said they sexually assaulted her.

Police sources declined to give further details as to why the investigation has been suspended.
