Police Suspend Investigation Of Girl's Sex Assault

An 11-year-old girl said was sexually assaulted by three unknown males in the 5800 block of South Morgan Street.

Chicago Police sources say the investigation into the alleged sexual assault of an 11-year-old girl by three men in the Englewood neighborhood Wednesday has now been suspended.
Initially, an 11-year-old girl came forward to police and said three men grabbed her off the street and threw her into a black SUV in the 5800 block of South Morgan at 3 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, where she said they sexually assaulted her.
Police sources declined to give further details as to why the investigation has been suspended.
