Several Injured In CTA Accident On South Side
CHICAGO (STNG) ―
Several passengers were injured in an accident involving a car and a CTA bus Monday afternoon on the South Side.
Two cars were involved in an accident, then struck a No. 63 63rd Street bus which was eastbound entering the intersection of 63rd and Artesian Avenue, according to CTA spokeswoman Katelyn Thrall.
An EMS Plan 1 was called about 4:34 p.m. and paramedics took five people in "stable" condition to various hospitals, Fire Media Affairs Asst. Director Eve Rodriguez said.
