2 Men, 1 Boy Shot On Far South Side

CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) ― Two men and a boy were shot Wednesday night during a drive-by in the Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

Two men in their 20s and one juvenile boy were sitting on a porch at a home in the 11800 block of South Lafayette Avenue when a vehicle pulled up and someone inside fire shots, according to police News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli.

The vehicle then fled westbound on 118th Street, Mirabelli said.

The shooting happened about 7:30 p.m., and Fire Media Affairs spokesman Joe Roccasalva said all three victims were in critical condition.

The two adults were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn and the boy was taken to University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital, Mirabelli said.

Calumet Area detectives are investigating.
