1 In Custody After 4 Are Shot In Auburn-Gresham
Gunman Was Apparentyly One Of Those Injured In Saturday Night Shooting

One person is in custody Sunday morning for a shooting that apparently injured himself and three other people Saturday night in the South Side's Auburn-Gresham neighborhood.
Four people were standing in the 8700 block of South Ada Street about 7:45 p.m. when an altercation occurred and the suspect fired multiple shots at the victims, according to police News Affairs.
A 20-year-old woman who was shot in her torso was listed in serious condition at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn Saturday night, police said. A 22-year-old man shot in his thigh was also at Christ Hospital in fair condition. A 17-year-old man was listed in good condition at Little Company of Mary Hospital and Health Care Centers in Evergreen Park with a gunshot wound to his leg, police said.
A 38-year-old man, who was later identified as a suspect in the shooting, was listed in good condition at Saint Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center with a gunshot wound to his leg, police said. He is in police custody Sunday morning.
According to unconfirmed dispatch reports, he may have shot the three others before fleeing the scene.
Calumet Area detectives are investigating.
