It could be a case of rivalry gone horribly wrong.
Three teen-agers are accused of luring a girl to a park to beat, burn and cut off her hair.
A bystander captured the incident on video in a Sauk Village park. The tape is now in police custody.
The victim suffered burns to her face and arms. Then the women and girl allegedly cut off the victim's hair.
Police say the victim has a longstanding rivalry with one of the suspects.
Charged as adults with aggravated battery were 17-year-old Marcelena Castillo and 17-year-old Sarah Kraft. The third person is a juvenile.
