4 Injured, 1 Seriously In Aurora Car Crash
AURORA, Ill. (Sun-Times Media Wire) ―
Four people, including one in serious condition, were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash late Thursday afternoon in west suburban Aurora.
The four were taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center after the crash in the eastbound lanes of Liberty Street near Commerce Drive around 5 p.m.
The driver of an Acura involved in the crash had to be extricated by emergency officials and was described as having serious injuries, officials on the scene said.
The crash, which also involved an SUV, shut down both directions of Liberty Street between Commerce Drive and Commons Drive. Traffic was affected at Eola Road and Liberty.
