There's word that pop star Britney Spears can have visits with her two sons.
That's according to a lawyer for Spears' ex-husband, Kevin Federline. The attorney says a Los Angeles court commissioner granted the visits, but did not reverse an order giving temporary custody of the kids to Federline.
Federline attended today's hearing but Spears did not. Her attorney didn't speak to reporters.
Spears and Federline had shared custody of 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James.
Spears' attorney tells People magazine a court order for Spears to temporarily surrender the children to Federline came after she failed to produce a California driver's license and missed a court-ordered drug and alcohol test.
A temporary driver's license was issued to Spears late Tuesday in Santa Monica.
Spears has spiraled seemingly out of control since splitting with Federline.
Meanwhile, OK! Magazine is reporting that Spears will be checking into rehab at Eric Clapton's Crossroads Centre in Antigua, over the weekend in an attempt to get custody of her children.
