Hickory Hills Station Offers Gas At 1999 Prices

But Promotion Is On Only Until 2 p.m.

HICKORY HILLS, Ill. (CBS) ― Some motorists can fill up their tanks Wednesday like it's 1999.

From noon to 2 p.m. today, the BP gas station at 7933 95th St. in Hickory Hills is offering a gas for $1.49 per gallon.

The promotion is part of a deal with Hyundai, which is launching a promotion offering gas for $1.49 per gallon for three years for new car purchases.

But today, any motorist can take advantage of the cheap gas price.

Gas stations in New York and Los Angeles are also participating.
